What happens in the appointment?
1st
We assess your health history, your intake form and discuss your health and wellness goals.
2nd
We educate you on natural health practices that may be a benefit to you. We make recommendations for functional lab tests, self tests and instructions (to complete at home), and nutraceuticals and supplements which can aid in bringing the body back into balance.
3rd
We answer any questions you have. We set a time to follow up in 3-6 months.

On sign up, you will receive a link to schedule your first appointment. Once scheduled you will create an online account to the Practice Better dashboard. You can complete your onboarding forms digitally through your dashboard. You can reach out anytime using the messaging feature on the dashboard with technical questions and nutritional and health questions in-between appointments.

Other possible costs if you don't already have a way to measure, are for a blood pressure cuff, pH test strips and optional blood glucose monitor.
Nutraceuticals, supplements and labs may be recommended, at an additional cost. A 15% savings on supplements and up to 80% savings on labs is provided with your membership.

Our practice uses Practice Better for telemedicine, appointment scheduling, food journaling and tracking healthy habits. This allows us to be available after hours. This dedicated tool allows us to securely text, video chat, and send pictures in real time. If we determine that you need to schedule an appointment, we usually have same day or next day appointments available.

We do not bill or contract with any insurance plans.
In some cases, you can submit a receipt for your membership fees or lab/supplement costs. Some insurance companies may apply these payments toward a deductible.

No, we do not lock you into a contract. You may cancel at anytime with 30 days notice. We believe that building long term relationships with our members is the key to what we do. Therefore, please note that requests to restart memberships are subject to approval and availability. If you want to re-join, the enrollment fee of $100 will apply.
